Deep core burn, long lean strength, and the posture that makes everything else feel easier — set to a loud, bass-heavy playlist. Slow, controlled moves, lights down and music up. No experience and no intimidating equipment required — just you, a mat, and a room full of energy.
Everything starts at your center — abs, lower back, and hips. A strong core protects your joints and powers every move, from lifting groceries to leading a line dance.
Just you, a mat, and precise movements that challenge your muscles without the high-impact stress of a traditional gym.
The antidote to phones and steering wheels. You'll walk out standing taller and moving more freely.
Quality over quantity. Every move pairs with intentional breathing, so you leave worked-out but mentally refreshed.

A 60-minute class at The Well, 217 West Peace St. on the historic Canton Square. Bring a mat (or grab one of ours) and water — we'll handle the rest.
Who it's for: anyone who wants to feel stronger, stand taller, and build functional strength and confidence that lasts long after the session ends. Total beginners are right at home.

Thick Chick Pilates
Kendra teaches Trap Pilates at The Well and has a special gift for finding muscles you didn’t know you had. She’s the one turning the bass up — slow, controlled movements over a loud playlist, clear cues, and that one tiny adjustment that suddenly makes everything burn (in the best way).
She focuses on core strength, better posture, and moving in ways that support your real life — picking up kids, sitting at a desk, living in that body all day. Expect a room full of energy, smart sequences, and the occasional “Yep, that shake means it’s working.”
Bring your own or borrow one of ours — we've got you.
Comfortable, stretchy clothes you can move and bend in.
Bring a bottle — controlled movement still works up a glow.
It's quality over reps. Move slow, breathe, and modify anything.
Louder than a normal Pilates class — that's the whole idea. Think lights down and real bass. But the volume never rushes you: every move is still taught and broken down, and you go at your own pace, start to finish. Loud music, zero pressure.
Nope — flexibility is something Pilates builds, not a requirement to begin. You'll get more limber over time. Start exactly where you are.
Reformer uses a spring-loaded machine; Trap Pilates uses your own body weight on a mat. Ours is all mat — no equipment to learn, no intimidation.
Pilates is often recommended for core and back support — but everyone's different. Move at your own pace, modify anything, and let Coach Kendra know so she can adjust for you.
Not at all. Every move is taught and broken down, and you go at your own level. Beginners are right at home here.
