Real talk

Questions, answered.

Is this like Zumba?

Same party energy, different style. Zumba leans Latin dance-fitness; line dancing is exactly what it sounds like — fun line dances you can take anywhere, taught step by step.

Do I need a partner?

Never. Line dancing is solo in a group — no partner required. Just you, the line, and a room full of people having a blast.

I'm not exactly young, and my knees aren't what they used to be. Can I still do it?

Absolutely. Move at your own pace, modify anything, and rest when you need to. If you'd like something even gentler to start, our Sit & Get Fit chair class pairs perfectly.

I've never line danced in my life — will I be lost?

You'll be fine. Most of the room started exactly where you are. We teach every step from scratch and help you one-on-one if you need it. By the end of class you'll be moving with everybody.
