Medicare & insurance

Benefits you've
already earned.

If you're on Medicare, your plan may already cover your classes at The Well — through programs like SilverSneakers and Renew Active. We'll help you find out, at zero cost to you.

Most members have no idea they qualify.

If you're on Medicare or a qualifying Medicare Advantage plan, you may have up to 6 free classes a month waiting for you — bundled into your plan through SilverSneakers or Renew Active. And every class counts, from line dancing to Pilates to chair fitness. No catch — just benefits you've paid into for years. Let's put them to work.

65 or older

On Medicare?

Most Medicare Advantage plans (and some Medigap plans) include a fitness benefit through SilverSneakers or Renew Active. Odds are good it's already in your plan — one call confirms it.

Under 65

Not on Medicare yet?

You may still be covered. Some employer and commercial health plans pay for fitness or reimburse memberships. Call your insurer and ask — or call us and we'll help you check.

It's easier than you think

Four steps to free classes.

1

Call your insurer

Reach out to your insurance provider and ask what fitness benefits you already have. Programs like The Well may already be covered.

2

Ask about The Well

Confirm The Well is a participating fitness center, and get your 9- or 11-digit SilverSneakers or Renew Active number. We'll need it.

3

Arrive early

Come 10–15 minutes before your first class. Bring your insurance number, address and date of birth.

4

Enjoy 6 free classes/mo

Take any of our classes at no cost to you. You earned these benefits — use them to the fullest. We can't wait to see you!

Got questions?

We've got answers.

Why is there a limit on classes?

Insurance covers a limited number of classes per month. If you'd like to take more, we have affordable options for you.

What if I want more than 6 classes?

Love it that much? Just ask us in the studio about adding Insurance Plus — unlimited classes for only $15/month on top of your benefits. We'll set it up for you in person (it needs an active insurance program and a card on file).

Are any classes excluded?

All of our fitness classes are fully covered. Non-fitness events like workshops and some special events may cost extra.

Does The Well Walkers count as a class?

It can — but we wouldn't recommend using a covered class for it. The Well Walkers is only $5/month on its own. And if you want unlimited everything, ask us about the $15/month Insurance Plus add-on next time you're in.

Can I talk to someone?

Of course. Call us anytime at (601) 691-2277 and we'll walk you through it.
