Feel strong, steady, and social — right from your chair.
A gentle, low-impact chair fitness class made for 50 and better. We use the chair for support, move at your own pace, and keep everything easy on the knees, hips, and back. If you can sit, you can do this — and most mornings, it's free with your insurance.

It's our beloved Sit & Get Fit class with a little extra celebration for the 50-and-better crowd. Here's what a morning with us feels like.
It's there for stability the whole time. From your seat we stretch, add light resistance, and gently get your heart rate up — no getting down on the floor, and easy on the joints.
Familiar favorites that keep you tapping your toes from start to finish. Fitness should feel like a celebration, not a chore.
The best part isn't the exercise — it's the people. We leave time to visit before and after. For a lot of our folks, it's the highlight of the week.
Many Medicare Advantage plans — SilverSneakers and Renew Active — cover this class at no cost to you. Not sure? See if you're covered →
No membership needed. Reserve your seat below, come a few minutes early to say hello, and we'll take good care of you.

Every single move is shown seated or standing with the chair right there for support. You go at your own pace, rest whenever you like, and modify anything that isn't for you today. Working around a knee, hip, back, or balance concern? We build around it — that's the whole point.
Who it's for: anyone who wants to stay active, mobile, and independent — whether you're easing back into movement, managing joint pain, or just want a joyful start to your morning. If you've been waiting for the right time, this is it.

Sit & Get Fit
Eyvette is the warm welcome and gentle push behind Sit & Get Fit — and the friendly face you'll see at the front desk. She leads seated, low-impact workouts that are easy on the joints but still have you saying, "Whew, okay… we did something today."
Her classes are full of laughs, encouragement, and moves that keep you strong, steady, and confident in everyday life. She's living proof you don't have to jump, bounce, or get on the floor to get a good workout — just show up, keep moving, and enjoy yourself.
Whatever's easy to move in. No special gear needed.
Supportive, closed-toe shoes you feel steady in.
Bring a bottle to sip — even seated, you'll warm up.
Bring someone along — it's always better with company.
We provide the chairs and everything else. Free parking is right out front on the Square.
Never. Everything is done seated or standing, with the chair right there for support. If getting up and down is hard for you, this class was made with you in mind.
